After many late nights and lots of hard work, it was pretty great to see our dreams become a reality. At least the first steps of our dreams. We've got a lot of big plans and goals for the future but this weekend we learned so much and met a lot of great people along the way. I could not be more proud of my dear wife, where the week before the convention work had me out of town. Carol being 9 months pregnant, pushed herself to new limits in getting the final preparations together and pulled it off! I am continually amazed by her skills and talents. It has helped me appreciate her on a whole new level.

And for the theme of our weekend, Carol was able to get us these amazing hoodies from Avatar the Last Airbender! She was Momo and I was Appa! (PS if you havent watched the show you are really doing yourself a diservice.)

Here we have Avatar Korra in the flesh and Naga!

Some of our favorite cosplayers: For those who aren't aware, the man with the skull did a very accurate portrayal of Harry Dresden from the AMAZING book series "Dresden Files", I HIGHLY recommend it!. Then I came across a terrific Steampunk Soldier. And last but certainly not least, Mr. Ron Burgundy himself! the joy is genuine on both fronts I believe.

So in conclusion, KC Comic Con was full of good times, its really made me want to up my Cosplay game but more importantly our product game, Having met the fans, and the culture, it has brought new motivation to the both of us, to expand on the little world we are creating. We were surrounded by so many talented artists the whole energy helped us see our potential and appreciate how far we have come as well. We will continue to strive to bring authentic and genuine creations from this wacky place we call our minds.
