Art Print Return Policy

Thank you for choosing to purchase art prints from Sage Tribe Studios. We take great pride in creating high-quality artworks that bring joy and inspiration to your space. However, we understand that sometimes situations may arise where a return or exchange is necessary. To ensure a smooth process, we have outlined our Art Print Return Policy below:

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

  • We accept returns and exchanges for art prints within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the art print must be in its original condition, undamaged, and with no signs of wear or use.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or personalized art prints or commissions are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Digital download products are also non-returnable.

3. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@sagetribeart.com within 30 days of receiving your art print.

  • Provide your order number and a description of the reason for the return or exchange.

  • Once your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

4. Packaging:

  • When returning an art print, please ensure it is properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging or equivalent protective materials.

5. Shipping Costs:

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (such as a defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For other reasons, including changes of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned art print, we will process your refund within 3 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

7. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your art print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.

  • We may request photos of the damaged item and packaging to facilitate the claims process.

  • We will provide a replacement or issue a refund for damaged or defective items, including any associated shipping costs.
